It delivers cream, espresso, dark cocoa and black pepper, supported by a gentle sweetness and a touch of toasted almond. The smoke is smooth and mild to medium-bodied, with a clean draw and an even burn that keeps the flavours clear. The finish is balanced and dry, leaving cocoa and cream on the palate without heaviness. This size pairs naturally with a cortado, an aged rum, or a lightly peated whisky.
