The cigar opens with cedar, toasted nuts, and black pepper, settling into espresso, cocoa, and a creamy undertone through the middle. Balance remains steady from start to finish, making it well suited to slow, attentive smoking alongside an espresso, a dark roast coffee, or an aged rum enjoyed neat.

Casa Carrillo Cigars represents the continuation of one of the most influential legacies in modern cigar history. Master blender Ernesto Perez-Carrillo was born into the cigar trade in Cuba and later became the driving force behind the legendary El Credito / La Gloria Cubana brand, helping define premium cigar blending in the 1990s. After selling that brand, Ernesto returned to his roots in 2009, founding E.P. Carrillo with a renewed focus on craftsmanship, balance, and creative freedom.
Operating from the Dominican Republic with production also in Nicaragua, the Carrillo family built Casa Carrillo as a home for refined, award-winning cigars that honour Cuban tradition while embracing modern blending techniques.
