The Cohiba Siglo II sits within the Línea 1492 series introduced in 1992 to mark the 500th anniversary of Columbus reaching the Americas. The smoke opens with cedar and hay, followed by notes of cream, toasted bread, and light honey. A gentle sweetness runs through the cigar while subtle earth and spice build toward the finish. The draw remains smooth and steady, delivering a consistent, medium-bodied experience that reflects Cohiba’s traditional style. It pairs naturally with a morning espresso, a light rum, or a dry white wine.

Cohiba:
Cohiba was created in Cuba in 1966 and originally produced exclusively for Fidel Castro and for diplomatic gifts to visiting heads of state. The cigars were made at the El Laguito factory in Havana using carefully selected tobacco from the Vuelta Abajo region, considered the finest tobacco-growing area in Cuba. For several years the brand remained private before being released commercially in 1982.
Cohiba introduced an additional fermentation process for its filler leaves, refining the tobacco and contributing to its distinctive character. The brand has since become the flagship of the Cuban cigar portfolio, recognised for precise construction, carefully aged tobacco, and blends that emphasise balance and depth.
